Ajay Pabby, MD MPH
Dr. Ajay Pabby began his medical career in Gastroenterology in 2003. He is a graduate of Boston University where he received both his Bachelor of Arts Degree and his Medical Degree. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Pabby has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Pabby was a Research Fellow in Cancer Prevention and Control at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. He completed his internship and residency at the Boston Medical Center and his fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In 2011 Dr. Pabby completed a preceptorship program in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Pabby acted as Director of the Gastroenterology Department at McDonald Army Health Center in Fort Eustis, VA for five years. He has been practicing in Spokane WA since 2015, most recently at the Multicare Rockwood Digestive Health Department. He has a special interest in Colon Cancer Prevention, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis), and performing specialized studies to understand why patients suffer from reflux (BRAVO pH testing). Dr. Pabby is married and has 2 daughters. Outside of work he enjoys playing volleyball (let him know if you play!), traveling, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to serving the Spokane Community here at Valley Gastroenterology.
Amy Williams, PA-C
Amy was born and raised in North Idaho. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Montana and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. She enjoys educating patients about their digestive diseases. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, traveling, trapshooting and spending time on Lake Coeur d’Alene.
Lindsay Adams, ARNP
Lindsay was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from Nursing school in 2005 and worked as an ICU RN full time while pursuing her further degrees. She achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2008 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2012. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, dogs, fishing, cooking, scuba diving and enjoying the outdoors.
